Terms and conditions

General terms and conditions for a private sports coach regarding cancellations:

Cancellation by the client:
If the client needs to cancel a scheduled training session, they must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice, or they will be charged for the session.

Cancellation by the coach:
In the rare event that the coach needs to cancel a scheduled training session, the coach will provide as much notice as possible and offer to reschedule the session at a time that is convenient for the client.

Payment for cancelled sessions:
If a session is cancelled by the client with less than 24 hours notice, the client will be charged for the session. If a session is cancelled by the coach, the session will be rescheduled or the client will receive a refund.

Late arrivals:
If the client is late for a scheduled training session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the client will be charged for the full session.

Payment policy:
Payment for sessions is due in advance, and payment must be made for all sessions scheduled, regardless of attendance.

Rescheduling:
The coach is happy to reschedule sessions, provided that 24 hours’ notice is given. If the client reschedules a session with less than 24 hours’ notice, the client will be charged for the original session and the rescheduled session.

Health and safety: The client is responsible for ensuring that they are in good health and able to participate in training sessions. The coach is not responsible for any injury or illness resulting from the client’s participation in training sessions.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, both the coach and the client agree to abide by the cancellation policy and other terms outlined above.
